2017/18 JAMB UTME REGISTRATION COMMENCES
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has announced the commencement of 2017 JAMB UTME online registration. Information published by the board showed that only Computer Based Test will be utilised by the board.
Disclaimer: The JAMB CBT 2017/18 Form is not on sale yet. We will update this post when it is out.
This implies that unlike before, the examination can only be done online. Candidates who are not yet knowledgeable on computer usage are therefore advised to start computer use practice immediately.
The online registration scratch cards can be obtained from any branch of Zenith Bank, Access Bank, Enterprise Bank, GTB or UBA nationwide or at any nearest Jamb office at the cost of N4500 only.
As usual, only registration centres that are registered with the board can perform the online registration of candidates. Interested persons or cyber cafes that want to serve as registration centre(s) should apply according to the instructions published on the board’s website.
Candidates are also informed not to pay above N700 as online registration fee to any authorised registration centre. They should also note that each registration centre is obliged to issue two copies of online registration slip to each candidate they registered.
With these, candidates are hereby advised to report any registration centre that charged them above N700 or failed to issue them two copies of their online registration slips by sending an email containing their registration number, complaints and amount they were charged for online registration to utmeregistration.info@jamb.gov.ng
Registration centres are also informed that only DIGITAL PERSONA scanner is allowed for finger print capture.
