Just hours ago on Tuesday, September 20, a local government secretariat in Ondo state, was reported to have been locked up not only with padlock but with different traditional charms. Ese-Odo secretariat, Ondo state sealed up with charms.
The local government area which was identified as Ese-Odo LGA Secretariat, Igbekebo, Ondo state, was sealed up with charms over the appointment of a non-indigene as the secretary.
